We are now looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Engineer.
Key performance areas
As Senior Electrical Engineer, your work is conducted in a global network of specialists, and within key markets, in order to understand customer needs and develop customer value. You design miniaturized electronic hardware systems for new product development and ensure product reliability, security, robustness, and troubleshooting. Additionally you build, develop, and maintain relationships with OEM, research partners, universities and research institutes.
The position involves travelling.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD within Electronics or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of three years' experience relevant to the performance areas. Good technical understanding of metal cutting and manufacturing, as well as the ability to communicate with colleagues in Swedish is preferred. The position involves international contacts and, therefore, good skills in English, both in speaking and writing, are required.
Also required for the position:
• Hardware design experience
• Embedded firmware design experience for new product development
• Experience with low/ultra-low power operation
• Understanding of schematics, debugging, troubleshooting, and operating test equipment
• Experience of wireless RF systems
• TCP/IP and Cellular Bluetooth experience
• Basic experience in design for high volume/cost sensitive production
• Digital microprocessor and battery powered circuit design experience
• Proficiency at programming for embedded applications in C and C++
• Basic knowledge of energy harvesting, piezoelectric devices
• Experience with sensor integrated devices
• Experience with signal processing and signal analysis
