We are currently looking for a Billing Coordinator to be located in our HQ?s in Stockholm, Sweden.

The Finance Department consists of eight people in Sweden, a person in the United States and a person in China and you report to the Swedish accounting manager. Our corporate language is English.
Main Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as Billing Coordinator in the Finance department will deal with order entry and billing.
• Preparing invoices
• Review invoicing details as address, VAT, VAT no, order no, client references
• Administrative tasks related to international sales
• Incoming payments
• Reminders
• Follow up of debts and debts collection
• Reconciliation of client ledger
• Back up to Billing assistant
• Other tasks within the Finance department can occur
• You have a qualifying degree (KY-utbildning) in finance or equivalent post-secondary education
• You have 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably within financial administration or similar
• You are a doer with strong a drive. You need to appreciate both the possibilities and challenges of a dynamic company
• You are focused and disciplined and have a meticulous attention to details, but you are also able to multi-task
• You are a team player who likes to work in a multi-cultural environment,
• You have excellent IT skills including the MS Office package and enjoy learning new things
• Knowledge of the financial system Visma is an advantage
• You have excellent Swedish and English communication skills, both verbal and written. An additional language is an advantage.
