As a DWH/BI Engineer, you will build, maintain and own the entire DWH process to meet the requirements that a high-performance, robust and scalable data processing system must have.
You will develop ETL processes from various sources and platforms, ensuring data quality and reliability for an analytical and reporting environment with large and complex data. By working closely with analysts and stakeholders from one end, to product owners in the other, you will make sure we can utilize the full potential of our data.
Experience requirements:
• Exceptional knowledge of data warehousing, and extensive experience of ETL processes and tooling.
• Experience with software and programming concepts, to be able to communicate with sources, applications and databases.
• Exceptional SQL skills and wide knowledge working with various databases systems.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data. Building processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
• Experience creating logical and physical models for DWH architecture.
• Experience with Big Data technologies, stream-processing systems and function scripting languages.
• Experience with configuring BI Tools (Tableau, Microstrategy, Sisense, Looker etc.) to communicate with the DWH.
• Ability to think abstractly, work with low or undefined problems and fast changing requirements.
• Prior experience from online gaming industry and analytics is desirable.
