This role is a senior-level position responsible for the successful management and continuous improvement of the Husqvarna managed a network of distribution centers and local country warehouses globally. The distribution operations, to continuously assess and refine the operational productivity in all our Husqvarna managed warehouses.
You have a strong team to build on but as this is a new function, it is also an opportunity to further strengthen and build your organization. As part of the Global Operations leadership team you will be instrumental in our exciting Growth journey!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees the Distribution network of Husqvarna managed distribution warehouses - securing a continuous and reliable flow of products across multiple countries from our distribution locations. Cost efficient, high performing distribution centers are key to customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Identifying and prioritizes projects, programs and investments through the global network of warehouses.
Champion digitalization efforts within the responsibility area, under the oversight and support of our operational excellence function to Industry best in terms of on time delivery, throughput time (from receive to ship), quality and value delivered.
Lead efficiency programs by introducing innovative logistic concepts, processes and tools including Smart warehouse automation to enhance operational performance including safety, quality and output
Lead footprint review and development to increased performance, supply resilience and industry best cost-to-serve. Implement best practice across the network of warehouses.
Exhibits strong collaborative and influential leadership in order to drive alignment and buy-in with leaders of all levels across the enterprise.
Lead and implement LEAN processes and CI programs in the responsibility area.

Strong experience in driving distribution operations in a fast paced Supply chain context with good results
Experience in leading and facilitating improvement initiatives in both transactional and non-transactional environments with emphasis in problem solving.
Ability to engage, motivate and improve Distribution Operations teams across regions, you find culture and diversity exciting
Competent in Holistic End to end Planning and to drive uniformity, common processes between all warehouse nodes.
You are structured, have great time-management skills and know how to prioritize
About you
To succeed in this position you know how to drive change and quite familiar to manage change programs within Operations, Distribution and End to End supply chain, even transformational. You lead with drive and energy, support your to team to excel in their roles and as a team.
You are an experienced change agent and your passion lies to drive to excellence in to processes, transformational, sometimes disruptive.
You have lead and/or played an important role in driving digitalization efforts (e.g. Supply Chain 4.0 or similar). Pushing boundaries to reach best in industry/ world class in processes and performance really gets you excited.
You are used to manage or oversee complex projects and change programs. You have an academic degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain or similar and relevant working experience.
With excellent communication skills you build strong relationships with stakeholders and meanwhile being able to state requirements when needed. Proficient business English is required, and Swedish is a plus as the majority of the functions as well as manufacturing units reside in Sweden.
