About the role
Atos Medical operate as a strategic Business Unit under parent company Coloplast A/S and we have 1200 highly skilled and engaged employees serving our customers around the world. We expect to grow significantly and are looking for a Senior HR Director who can lead and execute a People and Culture strategy to support this growth.
You will be a trusted business advisor and partner to the Atos Medical senior leadership team, and you will be responsible for identifying the most impactful global people initiatives, ensuring followership and commitment when initiatives are implemented.
As Atos Medical acquired a German Tracheostomy company (TRACOE) in 2021, there is a key task to build a one company culture and new and better ways of collaboration. As member of the Global People Leadership Team in Coloplast you will also contribute to the overall direction and to co-create across geographies to reach common goals.
Key focus areas for the coming years are talent acquisition, especially within the Öresundsregion, global employee engagement and retention, commercial development initiatives and Diversity and Inclusion.
Today, Atos has a solid HR foundation and well-established annual people processes which can be further developed and aligned to Coloplast approach, where it makes sense.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Atos ' people agenda and develop impactful strategic people initiatives
• Leadership for Global HR team of HR managers / P
• Responsible for maintaining a highly engaging culture with strong engagement and collaboration
• Attract and retain highly skilled people to secure the growth and fulfilment of our goals.
• Drive the annual People Cycle proactively, efficiently and ensure managers apply a forward-looking view on employees and the organization with the aim of developing both
• Advisor on all people related matters, providing coaching to senior business unit leaders and their management
You will be reporting to the President of Atos Medical. The role is full time and based at the headquarters in Hyllie, Sweden.
About you
• You have a university degree and 10 years' experience in a generalist HR role in a multinational environment.
• You have proven leadership experience with leading a HR team or community.
• You are interested in the "business" and have broad background and experience, ideally some of it gained outside of a HR function.
• Strong expertise in HR good practice, able to provide "thought leadership" to the People and Culture team.
• Well-developed communication and influencing skills; an ability to sit as part of, and influence, the senior business unit leadership team.
• You are versatile enough to think strategically one minute and then "get your hands dirty" the next.
• Demonstrable maturity, credibility, and professionalism with a proven ability to navigate and operate in complex, matrixed business environment.
