We are a successful company, where talent management and continuous improvement are in focus. In this position, you will lead our 120 employees in the Operations department, based at our global headquarters in Ängelholm, Sweden. You will be part of the leadership team and contribute to the most important company decisions.
You will be responsible for manufacturing, quality control, manufacturing engineering, global procurement, EHS and facilities. You will define our manufacturing strategy and be responsible for the implementation of new products in production, scaling up from prototype series to high volume production, capacity planning and automatization. You will lead and empower your team and ensure a sound cross-functional collaboration.

To become successful in this position, you need to be a strong leader with coaching skills, strategic perspective, be attentive to details while seeing "the big picture" at the same time.
Key Responsibilities
Formal Education
BSc, MSc or the equivalent in a suitable field of engineering or science
Certification in Lean is an advantage

"Must Have" Competencies / Skills / Experience
At least 10 years' experience from a leading position within Manufacturing and/or supply chain.
Experience with quality assurance, design control and FDA requirements
Strong leader with "continuous improvement mind set" (DBS)
Broad technical skills from Production technologies as: filling, drying, vision systems, injection molding, labeling and packaging.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing environment with multiple priorities and drive results.

Language
Fluent English
Swedish is an advantage
