International Automotive Components (IAC) is the third largest automotive interior components supplier in the world by market share and the only global supplier with a singular focus on interiors. Our manufacturing operations are segmented into three geographic regions: Europe, Asia and North America.

Management of regional Plant managers and all associated employees and facilities, . Secondary management of group controller, launch and other seconded teams impacting on operations . Control of all regional resources associated with operations. . Review and agreement to all regional internal operational management accounts through group controller. . . Develop and improve the image of IAC regionally. . Ownership of key performance measures ( incl MOS/ BOS sch 24 )against agreed standards . Develop interface between operations and other areas focusing achieving operational/ financial targets. . To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be expected. . Takes disciplinary action/ addresses grievances as per employee hand book. . Contacts- interface with (internal / external) all customers and suppliers at all levels.

Qualifications - Candidates will be certified to degree/business engineering level with previous experience of working within a high volume, automotive manufacturing environment, coupled with the ability to work as an individual or as part of a team. . Previous experience as a Plant manager in Automotive. . Previous P & L responsibility . Managerial, Technical & administrative skills required - Should be fully conversant with automotive quality tools and systems; these should include QS9000, ISO14001 and TS16949, supported by excellent organisational and communicational skills.
