About the position
This role is a senior-level position responsible for the successful deployment, implementation, and continuous improvement of Operational Excellence across the entire manufacturing and supply chain network.
The successful incumbent will be measured by how effectively he/she is able to drive transformational processes through the selective application of Lean Manufacturing Tools, coupled with advanced manufacturing technologies, to enhance Operational and Financial Performance at all assigned facilities and related supply chain.
This role is responsible for overseeing the Operational Excellence functions and will have leadership and collaboration responsibilities at the highest level with expectations for tangible manufacturing process outputs. You have a strong team as foundation but this is also an opportunity to further strengthen and build your organization. Key Responsibilities:
Oversees the Operational Excellence team and supply chain strategy, identifies and prioritizes large scale projects and programs through the global end-to-end supply chain; products as well as service parts and accessories
Lead the digitalization efforts within Operations and Supply Chain to Industry best and beyond in terms of lead time, agility and value delivered
Lead the BI development for Operations management system
Lead transformational programs by introducing innovative manufacturing and supply chain tools including Smart factory automation to enhance manufacturing operational performance including safety, quality and output
Lead supply chain footprint development to increased performance, supply resilience and industry best cost-to-serve
Exhibits strong collaborative and influential leadership in order to drive alignment and buy-in with leaders of all levels across the enterprise.
Lead the design, development and deployments of the Operational Excellence Model and implement from start to finish effective Improvement Action Plans to support facilities as they embark/proceed on their Lean Journeys
Owner of the Make/Buy process and business case decision forum
Owner of the Capex business case review of Pro resp. X-business units investments

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to attract, develop and retain talent, teach and motivate
High degree of business acumen and collaboration skills
Strong experience in driving digitalization in a Supply chain context; planning, sourcing, manufacturing, transportation and delivery of parts and products, designing our future digital roadmap
Experience in leading and facilitating improvement initiatives in both transactional and non-transactional environments with emphasis in problem solving.
Able to engage, motivate and improve Operations across Sourcing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and all supporting functions and tools
Manufacturing - Experienced in different Manufacturing Strategies including Make to Stock, Configured to Order, Engineering to Order, Geographic footprint optimization
Competent in Enterprise Resource Planning, Material Requirements Planning and Manufacturing Execution Systems, Sales and Operations Planning or Integrated business planning.
Superior organization, time-management and prioritization. Demonstrated Project Management skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
Significant experience in managing through influence

About you
To succeed in this position you know how to drive change and quite familiar to manage strategic change programs within Operations and End to End supply chain, even transformational. You lead with drive and energy, support your to team to excel in their roles and as a team.
You are an experienced change agent and your passion lies to drive to excellence in to processes, transformational, sometimes disruptive.
You have lead and/or played an important role in driving digitalization efforts (e.g. Supply Chain 4.0 / Manufacturing 4.0 or similar). Pushing boundaries to reach best in industry/ world class in processes and performance really gets you excited and motivated.
You are used to manage or oversee complex projects and change programs. You have an academic degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain or similar and relevant working experience.
With excellent communication skills you build strong relationships with stakeholders and meanwhile being able to state requirements when needed. Proficient business English is required, and Swedish is a plus as the majority of the functions as well as manufacturing units reside in Sweden.
