hela Sverige As our Sweden business grow, an opportunity for a Senior Director on our Consulting Practice has been open. As a Senior Director in Consulting, you will oversee all consulting resources and successful project delivery within the country. You will also continuously advance professional services and drive improvements related to efficiencies, methodology, scope and solution capability, build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients at the executive level, provide thought leadership and connect client business strategies with Cerner's consulting value proposition, planning, resource management, escalations and operational issues. Your responsibilities will also include the management consulting profit and loss in the region and deliver results to meet the organizational financial plan, support sales activities by contributing consulting expertise, implementation strategy and professional services content to quotes. Establish and track value and key performance indicators (KPIs) for area of responsibility within professional services.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 10 years HCIT experience
Minimum 10 years Cerner Millennium experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in managing large groups within Professional Services
Expectations
Fluent in English
Travel up to 60%
Living within commuting distance to Stockholm or Gothenburg or the ability to relocate to either of these cities
