Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Director for SAP Platform Operations. You will be a decision maker and help shape the future together with us from an engineering standpoint. This involves you leading, developing, and implementing our technology strategy.
About the role
As a part of this transformation, we are now looking for a Senior Director- SAP Platform Operations. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team and business critical solutions for H&M Group.
As a leader for SAP Platform Operations team, you will:
• Have end to end operational responsibility for the global, core SAP platform
• Have end to end responsibility for WRICEF, BASIS, Infrastructure, Functional areas, automated testing, R&A, DR, problem management and Quality assurance
• Ensure the entire ecosystem of SAP solutions and peripheral technologies are orchestrated to deliver the needs of the business in all aspects including functionality and availability
• Build a global, multiskilled , diverse team of leaders and specialists
• Build and nurture an ecosystem of partners to collaborate for the successful operation of the entire SAP platform
• Ensure teams create/maintain conceptual, logical, and detailed SAP Platform/Service Architecture while meeting security and operational requirements
• Push for automation and innovation on SAP Platform area
• Responsible for revenue and cost drivers of SAP

Qualifications
• 10+ years operational experience in platform engineering, development, and delivery
• 7+ years of people management experience building strong teams and managing managers
• Strong experience building and managing development teams that design and deliver large distributed systems
• Several years of experience in SAP architecture, technical project management, digital delivery, software development or technology consulting
• Experience building and leading cloud-native architectures including cloud-specific deployments for major platforms
• Experience with framing transformation projects: defining the ecosystem roles, defining the implementation strategy
• Experience running 24/7 high-availability operations on a global scale
• Experience in at least 2 areas of the following:
o ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle)
o Digital Commerce platforms (e.g., SAP CX)
o Defining target architectures that include SAP solutions
