About the job
Are you our new Senior Digital Project Manager who will manage and drive digital and IoT projects? We are now offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate!
The roles include defining projects and set up a budget for product development projects to meet goals and objectives. You will also lead and secure the quality work for your projects by research and development. You will work close to the Digital Product Manager to drive the Digital product roadmap.
The position is based at the Polarium HQ in Kista. Business trips will occur occasionally, both international and within Sweden.
Responsibilities:
• Drive development projects in the Digital Product Area.
• Secure resources (personnel and financial) to finalize the project on time and in accordance with the specification.
• Develop project and product development risk analysis.
• Perform periodic milestone meetings to take a project from a product development phase to the next phase.
• Report progress, costs, and estimates periodically.
• Perform project conclusion meeting to analyze project results.
• Planning, follow-up, risk analyzes, budget, prototypes, and material assurance.
• Manage change requests associated with product development.
Who are you?
You are a team player who is committed, structured, and hands-on who can dig into details but at the same time lift the view. You constantly seek new knowledge within the area and have experience from the whole project life cycle, from requirements and feasibility to production and aftermarket. We believe that you have 10 years' experience as a Project Manager for multi-discipline product development. We also believe you have knowledge from agile development and enjoy a fast-growing corporate environment.
Qualifications and experience:
• Previous experience in development projects in the area of digital and IoT.
• Knowledge of digital product development as well as connected hardware products
• Experience from hybrid, and it 's a plus to have experience from project management
• Great leadership skills and an active risk mitigation seeker
• Strong communication skills and you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
