As our Automation and Digital Solutions (A&D) business is growing significantly, we are looking to increase our competence across Europe. Consequently, we are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Digital Project Leader that will be based in Lund, Sweden or alternatively within other European locations to strengthen our dynamic team.
Within our international business environment, you should as well be prepared to travel to support our colleagues, customers, and suppliers within whole Europe.
You will be overall responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of our Automation & Digital Solutions projects on time, within budget and to the agreed quality to meet project scope, objectives, and business requirements. The project team you will be leading is responsible for software design, system specifications and deployment of advanced MES applications such as production planning, quality control, traceability, equipment management and data acquisition. Your team will develop databases, reporting systems and dashboards for data analytics as well as integration with other systems like ERP, LIMS and WMS according to the agreed customer specifications.
You will work in close collaboration with the global A&D organization as well as with pre-project and project teams in our Project Centers and sales teams in our Markets.

What you will do
• Deliver Automation & Digital Solutions and related services on behalf of our three businesses Processing, Packaging and Services.
• Deliver competitive and profitable A&D pre-projects to Project Centres and Markets.
• Define, communicate, and manage Automation & Digital Solutions project scope, budget, risks, objectives, and deliverables based on contractual agreement and stakeholder requirements.
• Integrate the multiple related activities to deliver the overall project scope, quality and objectives.
• Effectively manage changes along the way and process variation orders towards the customer.
• Build effective high-performance project team, manage delegation, motivation and coordination.
• Execute the project in line with applicable process, policies and project management practices.
• Manage customer and their expectations, being responsible for customer satisfaction.
• Compile and review relevant technical documentation to be included in the project documentation.
• Provide technical support both internal and towards customer with respect to Information Solutions.
• Provide adequate feedback about the projects implemented to the central team and collaborate in an active way with them to deploy new solutions.
• Provide technical concepts to support pre-projects and sales phases.
• Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak's Automation & Digital Solutions and be the differentiator between counterparties or other competition.
We believe you have
• University degree in Information Technologies or Automation Engineering with 3-5 years of experience, preferable in liquid food industry.
• Ability to demonstrate through experience, a thorough knowledge of Automation, MES, Industrial IT and data handling.
• A strong track record of project management in IT or Automation, certification (e.g. PMI PMP, ITIL v3) is a plus.
• Sound knowledge in Requirements Engineering with experience in creating technical user requirement specifications.
• Experience in agile software development (SCRUM, SAFe) is considered as a merit.
• Deep understanding of MES applications and the requirements for Digital Transformation such as Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things.
• Experience and conceptional knowledge within several of the following areas:
MES, Business Intelligence tools and integration with ERPs (e.g. SAP),
SQL Server Programming, Microsoft Reporting Services or other Reporting Systems,
architecture and implementation of industrial computer networks and control system IT security,
design of virtualization platforms (VMware) and server operating systems (Microsoft),
design of advanced SCADA systems (Aveva InTouch, Siemens WinCC).
• Programming skills in C#, VB or similar and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, ASP.Net, ...) are appreciated.
• A very good command of English both written and verbal is required.
• Good verbal, written & computer communication skills.
