We are looking for a strategical thinker and forward leaning person to join our Analytics & AI department as a Senior Digital Analyst. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you'll do
As our Senior Digital Analyst you will be part of a team consisting of Digital Analysts who drives a data-driven culture in the organisation. In this team you will be an important contributor to our technical marketing strategy and you will take part in complex and important projects. In addition, you will guide and coach other Digital Analysts to excel their technical knowledge. We follow an agile methodology as a way of work, so while you are part of our Digital Analytics Chapter, you will belong to a cross functional team (squad) which consist of multiple subject experts working on specific business problems. As our Senior Digital Analyst you will:
* Define analytics strategy and performance metrics (KPIs) for digital properties
* Drive adoption plan of digital analytics into the business (B2B) organization.
* Ensure digital analytics data quality by defining processes from requirement gathering to development and quality assurance
* Collaborate with web ,app development and data layer architects on validating digital analytics data collection
* Define and drive quality assurance checks and data validation
* Provide Telenor with insights and improve the customer experience based on data analysis
* Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and identify ways to streamline and improve Telenor's digital analytics implementation
* Help identify digital experience improvement needs by using customer, web, and industry data.
Who are you
You will be accountable to deliver above with high level of autonomy. We believe below experience will help you to break through complexity and thrive.
* Extensive working and implementation knowledge in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
* Proficient experience in tag management systems (GTM, Launch, Tealium)
* Strong skills and experience in HTML, SQL, XML and Javascript
* Experience using data visualization platforms such as Qlik, Tableau etc.
* Familiarity with integrating data into BI and Analytics tools
* Self-starter, ability to learn independently and prioritize workload demands
