What you'll do
You will be part of a team consisting of Digital Analysts that drives data-driven culture. In this team, you will be the digital analyst who contributes to technical strategy, complex project execution and helps the organization track the performance of own channels. We follow agile methodology and way of work. So, while you are part of Digital Analytics (Chapter), in your day-to-day work, you belong to a cross-functional team (squad) that consists of multiple subject experts working on specific business problems.
* Work in Customer Value Management squad to maintain and create new reporting structures to better support business decisions
* Ensure digital analytics data quality by defining processes from requirement gathering to development and quality assurance.
* Collaborate with web / app development and data layer architect on validating digital analytics data collection
* Provide Telenor insights and improve the customer experience based on data analysis
* Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and identify ways to streamline and improve Telenor's digital analytics implementation
Who are you
You will be accountable to deliver above with a high level of autonomy. We believe experience within these areas will help you to break through complexity and thrive
* Extensive working and implementation knowledge in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
* Experience in A/B testing hypotheses, understanding statistical concepts, and ability to present insights to stakeholders.
* Experience using data visualization platforms such as Qlik, Tableau& etc.
* Familiarity with integrating data into BI and Analytics tools
* Self-starting, ability to learn independently and prioritize workload demands
* Minimum 5+ years of experience on the enterprise level.
