As a Monitoring & Observability Practitioner Coach, you bring your extensive experience and true passion for modern software development utilizing DevSecOps. Your role involves supporting the implementation of the Monitoring & Observability Toolchain, engaging with the market, and stakeholders, and working closely with the Software Engineering community. Your expertise will contribute to providing a best-in-class, technology-agnostic toolchain that supports the transformation journey.

You possess hands-on experience in implementing cloud-based applications, preferably in MS Azure. Your Agile mindset, mentoring, and coaching skills are essential to supporting the application teams.
Required Experience
Solid experience in modern IT applications and practices
Mentoring and coaching experience is a must
Several years of working in an Agile environment
Solid experience in continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and all phases of the modern Software Development Life Cycle
Experience with Azure Environment is a must
Scrum Master experience is a plus
Kubernetes, ELK, Slack, IaC, Ops, Monitoring experience.
Desired Skills
Monitoring & Observability
Experience managing and building platforms for monitoring, logging, and tracing on Cloud/on-prem environments
Working experience with Monitoring tools (ELK, Azure Monitor, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch)
Hands-on experience with logging and collecting logs from different data sources like Kubernetes Pods, EC2 instances using open-source agents
Building dashboards for relevant use cases on tools like ELK, Grafana, OpenSearch, and Splunk, with a focus on monitoring and current alerting based on logs and metrics
Knowledge of managing Prometheus clusters integrated with Grafana as a centralized metric cluster, including pulling in traces from different services to Grafana Tempo
Strong skills in coordinating and collaborating with all teams for a comprehensive Observability footprint, including data platform team, Cloud Platform Team, DevSecOps team, Dev team, Customer Engineer team, etc.
Good to know managing Splunk clusters individually, both on-prem and in-cloud solutions.
This is a full-time consultancy position in Gothenburg.
