The Contact Centres handles over 57,000,000 contacts per year, it is a task with growing importance. The Retail Banking IT Solution Contact Centre & IVR team is thus very customer centric and we focus greatly on our value, ?Great customer experiences?. In order for us to provide our customers with the best solutions, they focus on thorough support and collaboration across business units and areas.
Job Description
You will be working as driver for many tasks related to the customer Genesys CTI platform and connected systems in their Contact Centre area. You must be able to handle many issues at same time as well as coaching and supporting your colleagues. You will be involved in all areas of the work, from error fixing to major development programmes. You need to be a team-player with a proactive approach. The workplace is situated in Stockholm.
Experience and knowledge
You must be a experienced IT Senior Developer. As the Genesys CTI platform is the core on which they built the Contact Centre solution upon, you as a senior developer in their area need to be certified on Genesys or have many years of work experience in this area with Genesys CTI platform.
For all applicants, is it a must that you are a good trouble-shooter with a positive attitude, service minded and flexible. You need to be driven by achieving results and deliveries, be self-motivated and persistent. Willing to learn new things in a complicated environment is yet another required skill.
Start: ASAP
Length: 6 months as consultant and then permanent employment
Location: Stockholm
Language: Swedish and English, other Scandinavian language is a merit
