hela Sverige For our customer we are looking for a Senior developer, contact center solutions (Genesys)
You will be working as driver for many tasks related to our Genesys CTI platform and connected systems in our Contact Centre area. You must be able to handle many issues at same time as well as coaching and supporting your colleagues. You will be involved in all areas of the work, from error fixing to major development programmes. You need to be a team-player with a proactive approach.
The workplace is situated in Stockholm.

Experienced IT Senior Developer
As the Genesys CTI platform is the core on which we built the Contact Centre solution upon, you as a senior developer in our area need to be certified on Genesys or have many years of work experience in this area with Genesys CTI platform.
For all applicants, is it a must that you are a good trouble-shooter with a positive attitude, service minded and flexible. You need to be driven by achieving results and deliveries, be self-motivated and persistent. Willing to learn new things in a complicated environment is yet another required skill.

Språk: Swedish and English, other Scandinavian language is a merit
