People who put words into action are the ones we get along with and the ones that like us the best.We are now strengthening our development team with a senior, full-stack developer familiar with our technology choices; Windows Server, SQL Server and .NET. The position is based at our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden but you will be working with developers in other parts of the world. Experience from scrum-based SW development is a must, since part of your job is as scrum master.What will you be doing?As a Software Developer:Development of new functionality, and maintenance, on our Wholesale Billing productsContribute to accurate time estimations of new features and re-factoringCode review of other team members workReview test cases and assist testers by recommending test cases for existing features and new functionalityAs a Scrum Master:Participate in sprint planning with Product OwnerLead daily stand-upPerform sprint retrospectives Would you fit in this role?You'd likely be successful in this role if you:Are a really good SW developer with proven experience from the required skill setProviding support to the scrum team using a servant leadership style and leading by exampleGuiding and Coaching the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values while also meeting the delivery commitmentFind it natural to share your knowledge with colleaguesPuts the team success before own achievements Mandatory requirements are:A BSc or MSc in computer science or equivalentProven experience from scrum teams consisting of 5-10 members, working and planning in an agile environment. Either as developer or scrum masterExperience working with B2B and enterprise productsHTML5/CSS, Javascript, AngularJS and JQueryC, C++ and C# development.NETSQLStrong English skills, both written and spoken, is mandatoryYou must be authorized to work and travel within the European UnionExperience working in telecom and any of our product domains is a plus. Our product domain includes: Telecommunication, Billing, Settlement, Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, Routing, LCR, Trading, Content partner settlement
