In the role of Senior Designer at Sambla Group, you are given the opportunity to drive the creative work for all our brands at a Nordic level! You will work broadly with producing material for several of our marketing channels with larger strategic formats such as print and OOH, as well as SoMe and Digital display. Through your experience and creativity, you share your ideas and thoughts in a well-packaged and illustrated way. Furthermore, you will initiate and drive projects to ensure that Sambla Group and its portfolio brands are the best in the industry when it comes to graphic materials.
Further on, the role will include but not be limited to...
Create material, both still and moving, for all digital platforms
Maintain graphic guidelines for all of Sambla Groups brands
Support and cooperate with the other colleagues in the marketing team
Take lead in different creative projects.
For the role as Senior Designer, we are looking for you who have a couple of years of experience in brand design and great knowledge from working in the digital industry. You are self-motivated, responsible and creative in your way of working. Further on you are comfortable with developing material based on previous experience and putting your own stamp on it. Also, you value high quality, are business-oriented, get motivated by joining a high paced environment and lack prestige.
Must have:
Minimum 5 + years experience of brand design
Experience from working inhouse at a company that provides a digital product/servce (eg gaming/casino, FinTech, online-dating, travel agency)
Knowledge in relevant designing programs
Earlier experience of working with conversion-driven material
Wide knowledge in brand design, but with weight on the digital area
Earlier experience in working with 360-campaigns
Experience from working in-house with brand design
Nice to have:
Earlier experience of working both at an agency and in-house
Experience of working in FinTech
Have been a part of/or been working very close to a marketing team
