Ergonomidesign is one of the world's top-ranking and most award-winning design agencies. We need to fuel our team with a Senior Design Strategist. You will join our Design Strategy Team and help our clients to build understanding around the power of design and design thinking. You will work with our clients and our design teams to translate people insights into actionable product and service propositions in the physical and digital world. You will be imperative in unlocking the potential of new total experience offerings that make brands connect and engage with people in more meaningful ways.
What you will do at Ergonomidesign - Building Strategic Design Capabilities
• Provide leadership to our design & development teams around Strategic Design Development and Business Innovation.
• Challenge and provide expertise to our clients in areas such as Design and Innovation strategy, Product Portfolio Planning, Design Policy Development, Business Model Development and Organizational Strategy.
• Develop methodology and establish practices for qualitative consumer ethnographic type research. Support design teams in translating consumer and stakeholder findings into great business propositions that wow our client's customers.
• Help clients build internal Strategic Design Capabilities - creating internal and external Core and Support teams and recommend actions for effective organizational development.
• Build Total Experience Design Processes in client's existing PD process. Aligning milestones, activities, decision points and sign-offs. Develop metrics and support for decision-making.
• Build capability around "consumer insight engines" that unite teams around insights, and share learning's across different stakeholders and teams.
• Perform Business & Market segmentation, Target Group(s) definition and Product Design Analysis & Recommendations.
• Run participatory and co-creation workshops with stakeholders, customers & consumers.
• Strategic lead of Total Experience Design activities - Creative prototyping and development of new products (and services).
• Build and establish Total Experience Design training - workshops & seminars to raise design awareness - to engage and onboard stakeholders and to drive cultural change programs.
• Develop Brand & Product Design Style Guides and collaborative development tools to direct future design & development teams, internal and external.
• Oversee documentation for design projects and report out.
• Support our communication teams with writing whitepapers around important topics and areas of special interest. Participate in conferences and engage with the design community to build thought leadership.
