hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2024-01-23ArbetsuppgifterWe are looking for a Design Project Leader for our client's European R&D center. They are a new brand in electric mobility technology and solutions, focused on meeting the global demand for premium electric vehicles.
The Design Project Leader will be responsible for managing the complete vehicle design content during the vehicle product development phases, ensuring timing, cost, and design progress. They will integrate overall vehicle project plans with design project plans, manage delivery timing, content and quality, handle resourcing and budgeting, delegate tasks to the project team, and maintain communication with stakeholders and management.
Qualifications and Skills
• Extensive project experience in automotive product design environment
• Good understanding of all processes and tools within automotive product design and between 5-10 years of experience
• Deep understanding of processes interfacing with automotive product design
• Ability to manage and analyze financial data (forecast, budget, and actuals)
• Implementing and understanding program plans to achieve project objectives within specified timeframes, budgets, and contents
• Change management skills
• Strong social skills
• Result driven
• IT/SW Requirements: Competence requirements for Team Center Automotive (Viewer)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Travel is required for the assignment.
