Senior Delivery Coordinator
Service Delivery description:
Delivery Office Göteborg is a group within Service Delivery, Global I&O, which has overall responsibility for new deliveries of IT infrastructure to our customers, both internal and external.
The principal responsibility of Delivery Office is to control, coordinate and follow up infrastructure deliveries. A delivery may include everything from delivery of a single server to a major project.
We work in accordance with the IDP (Infrastructure Delivery Process)
As Senior Delivery Coordinator, your principal tasks will include:
• Responsibility for ensuring that requests/internal proposals and deliveries are delivered according to plan within the My Place environment (Volvo IT client service).
• Responsible for coordinating the operational teams and assigning task to deliver the request
• Responsible for reporting the results, deviations and plan in the assignment work to the internal orderer and within the line organization
• Responsible for a professional relationship with delivery request stakeholders
• Responsible to use and follow our routines and guidelines
• Quality improvements, report and follow up request status and statistic
• Organize regular meetings with orderers
• Actively collect and document information about customer
Qualifications:
The successful applicant will:
• be a person with a broad and long experience in the IT field and IT infrastructure products/services like Windows, Mainframe, NetCom, UNIX etc
• be an investigator with the ability to work independently
• have a holistic view
• understand customer needs and be able to translate these into IT services
• be service-minded and flexible
• be a team-player
• have a structured approach to work
• be able to express himself/herself well in written and spoken Swedish and English
• customer oriented
• have knowledge of coordinating complex deliveries
• documented project management skills a benefit
• requirement management skills

• Excellent at problem-solving and meeting new challenges, and are familiar with the technologies used within Volvo
