In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Define current and target data landscape for lending in collaboration with architects, drawing a blueprint for how to establish lending data products allowing smooth consumption of lending data for operational and analytical data needs. Drive and organise efforts to stepwise transition towards the target state, together with development teams.
• Work closely with strategic transformation initiatives in Private and Corporate Lending to define use cases and requirements on data management and data architecture.
• Structure collaboration between Lending development teams and enterprise data platforms
• Raise the bar on data literacy and data democratisation in Lending, by educating teams on data management principles, assess and recommend BI tools, etc.
• Collaborate across the bank, for instance with consumers of Lending data and with central architecture and data governance units.
• Establish yourself as a key contributor from Lending in questions relating to data architecture on enterprise level
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, e.g. engineering or business
• Good understanding of concepts related to business and technical architecture
• Experience in data management, for instance data architecture, data/information modelling, data quality, data analysis, etc. Both lending and enterprise wide perspectives are relevant.
• Demonstrated experience from driving transformation towards target architecture
• Skills in presentation and communication and managing senior stakeholders, PowerPoint will be an everyday tool
• A great will to succeed coupled with grit and perseverance is needed to drive change in large and complex organisations
• Strong verbal and written Swedish and English
