In the role of Data Coordinator, you are a key person in our assignments. You start up assignments and set up strategies for information flow and supervise colleagues on data coordination. As a data coordinator, you have overall responsibility for the data coordination function, you coordinate a number of disciplines, communicate at all stages of the assignment, manage and administer deliveries to the customer based on the requirements that exist in the assignment.
Your daily work and responsibilities include:
Create structure and develop manuals, routines and templates for the assignments
Act as support in data management
Check and ensure the quality against requirements
Carry out and coordinate deliveries to the clients
Hold training courses in assignments within the subject area

In addition, you have:
At least 5 years of experience in Data Coordination in infrastructure projects
Experience in data coordination from government agencies
Experience with the Swedish Transport Administration Chaos
Knowledge of tools such as ProjectWise and Chaos Desktop
Working experience in SB11
Good communication skills in verbal and written form
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Swedish language can be an advantage.
