To succeed as a Reporting & Analytics Specialist, you will need:
Proven advanced training in accounting, finance, mathematics and statistics.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive and diverse experience in business economics or financial planning.
Experience of product/project-based budgeting.
Experience in retail and/or eCommerce.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Reporting & Analytics Specialist you will support the business steering and finance community and agenda with fit for purpose reports and tools. You will drive efficiency and quality in information landscape by continuously developing and adapting our analysis and reporting models and tools to best practice and current objectives. You ensure a consistent and quality assured information landscape by maintaining and managing operational definitions, master data and attributes of digital objects and metrics
Amongst others you will:
Be responsible for development and maintenance of dashboards and first cut analysis activities related to internal and external performance follow up and metrics.
Perform ad-hoc deep-dives to analyze performance of Group Digital in close cooperation with Data Analysts.
Drive and maintain operational definitions and attributes of reporting objects and metrics
Do detailed analysis on accuracy and validity of data used for performance measures.
Contribute to the overall enterprise development agenda of analytics and reporting related capabilities.
Based on stakeholder feedback/requests and best practice continuously develop and improve standard reports and artefacts
When needed, train and support other digital teams/roles with BI/analytics related competence and tools.
You are reporting to the Reporting & Analytics Leader and the position is placed in Malmö.
