About the role
As the Senior Data Analyst, you will lead data initiatives, generate strategic insights, and drive continuous improvements in digital performance. Acting as a central hub for analyzing the company's e-commerce and online media performance, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and optimize digital experiences. This role requires both a strong commercial mindset and technical expertise, as you will not only analyze and interpret complex data but also educate stakeholders on analytical tools, ensuring they can accurately translate insights into impactful business actions. Operating in a global environment, you will work across multiple markets, aligning data strategies with both regional and international business objectives.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify revenue-driving opportunities and address business challenges through data-driven strategies
Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to gain a understanding of customer behavior, e-commerce trends, and campaign effectiveness
Deliver insights-driven analyses with clear, proactive recommendations that directly impact commercial growth and profitability
Lead global Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives, using data to refine digital experiences and maximize revenue potential
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks focused on commercial KPIs, enabling real-time performance tracking and strategic decision-making
Manage and optimize global A/B testing programs, establishing a structured approach to experimentation that drives measurable business impact
Qualifications and requirements
We are looking for a skilled and experienced data analyst with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to drive business impact through data-driven insights. You have a strategic and analytical approach, combined with knowledge in SQL, GA4, GTM amongst others. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies makes you a key player in optimizing digital performance. Additionally, this role is part of the CRO and Web Analyst community within H&M Group and its portfolio brands.
We would love to meet someone who has:
Proven experience (5 years) in data strategy development and web analytics
A degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
Experience in commercial analytics strategy and digital optimization
Strong proficiency in GA4 and web analytic tools
Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis is a valuable advantage
Technical understanding to effectively communicate data tracking and setup needs
Experience integrating, analyzing, and visualizing data for business impact
Background in performance marketing, CRO or other analytical online marketing field is a valuable advantage
Experience working with global markets and adapting data strategies to different regions
