About the role
As Senior CRM Specialist at FlexLink, your responsibility is to lead and manage all global CRM processes with the goal to increase customer centricity through data quality excellence. You will oversee, monitor and support the global utilization of the CRM system for the business. Additionally, you will support marketing automation processes and data segmentation.
Job Responsibilities
Define and manage the global CRM processes for FlexLink by setting strategies for standardized sales processes that bring added value to the sales and project teams
Train key stakeholders, guide and monitor that all users work in line with the instructions
Manage roll out of new features and functions with the CRM system
Define new requirements coming from users and stakeholders with central CRM team
Manage and monitor the CRM usage and ensure a data quality
Ensure the integrations of lead generation platforms and align creation of new account
Oversee and control the lead qualification process for Marketing and Sales
Prepare and deliver frequent reports to the leadership team
Manage communication on multiple levels with CRM users and Coesia Group
Support the integration of standardized marketing
Develop and lead a small, agile team
Essentials:
10+ years working experience in a similar role in an industrial company
5+ years of experience in databases structures and the processing of large datasets
Good knowledge of MS Dynamics and SAP
Skilled with IT tools like MS Office & MS Dynamics CRM
Relevant industry knowledge into the main FlexLink segments and product families
Fluent in English in writing and verbally
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Analytical thinking and judgement, ability to translate numbers into stories
Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
Strong work ethics, dependable and detail oriented
Desirable:
Experience with Power BI or SAP analytics
Engineering, business administration or any mathematics or statistics related discipline
