We're looking for a brilliant Senior Credit Officer to strengthen our Client Operations Team. At Capcito we are obsessed about giving the customer a great experience and helping them to grow through smart financial services. Our Client Operations Team provides professional advice and financial services to entrepreneurs who want to expand their business and grow!
What you'll be doing
As a Credit Officer, in a data driven and innovative financing company, you shall ideally be interested in how to improve every day work and services through technology and be excited about creating business values by the best services to our customers. Our culture is fast and fun, and we expect you to be the same. We call ourselves pioneers in intelligent financing. Based on real-time data we have developed our own technology platform for automated lending and risk assessment of businesses. You will be able to independently analyze and assess companies in order to present the best financial offering.

• Provide advices and recommendations to existing and new customers
• Make ongoing credit assessments and make credit decisions
• Follow up credits and evaluate risks
• Contribute to the development of our processes
You have
• An analytical mindset and a serviceminded mentality
• A "can do"-attitude and a master of problem-solving skills
• Inner drive to learn and improve over time
• A business driven and innovative approach
• At least 4 years of experience from business loans
• Post-secondary education in the field of economics or equivalent experience
• Great communications skills in both swedish and english
A bonus if you have any of the following
• Experience from B2B-sales
• Previous experience from accounting
• Experience from working in a start-up environment
