Education / Experience
• Over 5 years experience in banking environment or MBA equivalent
Skills and Competencies
• Proficient knowledge of the Corporate banking environment and strong finance culture
• Ability to handle a portfolio of pilot and contributor clients including complex files
• Proficiency in the assessment of credit risk and quality of credit proposals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team spirit
• Strong organization skills, flexibility and ability to manage a workflow within strict deadlines
• Credibility and autonomy in interacting with credit process partners (RM, SCO, Credit Managers) and in providing input and clarifications during credit committees
• Fluent in English, local language skills a plus
