As a Senior Creator Partnerships Manager at Epidemic Sound your responsibilities will include:
Taking care of the entire process of our new brand ambassadors. From the start with prospecting, contact and establish the initial relationship. To onboard our ambassadors and track their performance in our ambassador program;
Set and execute on a yearly plan for the ambassador. From recurring campaigns to inspiring and motivating our ambassadors to promote our brand through an organized and creative process;
Negotiate and meet campaign budget expectations; tempering reasonable ROI with campaign/creator fees
When possible, coordinate and represent the Creator Partnerships team at local creator events and help develop and establish relationships building activities within the community;
Establish a lead stakeholder role for 2-3 team projects and initiatives driving business value to the company
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to execute relevant campaigns and projects
Identify opportunities for development and improvement and propose new tools and processes in a constructive, well-researched and planned way
Assist Lead in championing internal processes, decisions, ways of working and contextualizing problem solving efforts.
We believe you have are/have:
Creator Partnership management experience with a consistent above target performance
Quarterly campaign and budget management
Analytical skills using conversion-based metrics
Ability to leverage brand metrics and marry into conversion metrics
Excellent communication skills
Cross Departmental Project management skills
Display high level of proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Looker, and Google Docs Editors suite
