hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Radon Creative AB i Stockholm Valtech Radon is growing in ambition, the number of clients, revenue, and family members. That's why we are looking for a senior creative strategist as a parental leave cover from 03/2023 to 01/2024.
What this role is about
This role requires you to understand what drives business and how to implement change and new initiatives in client organizations to improve it.
Internally, you help improve our work through strategic direction and insights in both briefings and concept development. You work with the project team to define how clients can grow and help carry these plans out.
You will also be part of our new business development efforts, contributing with your expertise, analysis, and presentation skills.
While we are searching for a broad profile, you need to be interested in working with B2B brands in general and those with a tech profile in particular - experience within this is highly advantageous.
We believe that it takes at least five years of strategy experience to deliver on this role's requirements.
What that means a bit more specifically.
• Be a trusted partner for your clients - both strategically and holistically
• Independently set up and oversee/conduct research
• Hold inspiring creative briefings that help us develop distinct creative concepts and ideas
• Collaborate across media, creative, and strategy, and make this collaboration a habit
• Be a great presenter, from preparation to pitching proposals to clients
• Be part of developing Valtech Radon's strategic offering
• Select the right KPIs to measure, set up tracking, and lead evaluation for projects
Who you are
We assume you have 5+ years of experience from an agency background (or a similar role) to succeed. A background that has given you the tools and knowledge to conduct relevant research (both primary and secondary) and package it into inspiring insights and presentations. It also means that you are familiar with the creative process and can hold creative briefings internally and workshops with clients to facilitate decision-making.
