Description
Are you ready for an exciting and fast moving position in a rapidly growing area? It offers an opportunity to take part in shaping the way we communicate within key areas. The business landscape is changing and strong communications play an increasingly important role in winning the business, your job is to lead a dynamic team dedicated to making a difference for Tetra Pak.
In this role, you will manage the company's communications activities within the areas of Tetra Pak® Services and Automation, defining the approach to positioning and promoting.
You will lead all marketing communications activities ensuring external and internal stakeholders are fully aware, informed and engaged in ways that influence, motivate and inspire, with particular focus on Technical Services and Automation.
You will provide active support to the Technical Services and Automation leadership teams, providing input and perspective on the product plans, its priorities and its
evolution.
The role reports directly to the Corporate Director, Marketing Communications and Brand Management and is based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Define and implement a communications strategy with key areas of focus that best support the effective positioning, promoting and deployment of the company's Technical Service and Automation portfolio
• Lead all marketing communications activities ensuring external and internal stakeholders are fully aware, informed and engaged in ways that influence, motivate and inspire
• Work closely with marketing companies, cluster teams and external stakeholders to support the promotion of services and products, taking an active role in customer meetings when required
• Support effective deployment and launches of new services and products, developing communications strategies and implementing them in the market in close collaboration with key stakeholders
• Be an active and visible member of the Marketing Communications Management team, setting direction, raising standards, defining goals and leading by example
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who is an excellent communicator and strong leader that can easily comprehend and communicate a strong message. You are creative and motivate your environment committed to securing value for the Business.
To be successful in this position you must be a business- and result oriented person with seniority and a high level of drive. Furthermore you are analytical, collaborative and strategic, decisive, open minded and collaborative on all levels.
You excel in visualising ideas, get required buy in from senior stakeholders and then move on to action fast and with confidence and authority.
You have a solid track record in the field of communications or marketing with experience from complex and demanding positions.
In order to succeed you will need a Master's degree within the Communication or Business area, combined with long experience working within a global B2B and/or B2C organisation (10yrs+).
A very high level of English proficiency, written and oral is required.
