We are now looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our Stockholm team. As our copywriter, you hold a vital role in the organization and ensure all written communication and translations are aligned with our brand ID and fulfill the highest quality standards.
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for translating IDEAL OF SWEDEN'S brand strategy and marketing initiatives into clear and compelling copywriting
•
• Create copy related to our goal, target audience, and focus of the campaign in close collaboration with the creative team
•
• Engage our customers by creating inspiring and results-driven copy for our performance channels and weekly newsletter
•
• Set new processes and structures to drive the advancement of translation quality and automation
•
• Continue to develop IDEAL OF SWEDEN'S tone of voice throughout all communication channels and ensure consistency.
•
• Support other departments with content creation, proofreading and translation (e.g. CRM, Paid Social, Influencer Marketing, Organic Social, SEO, E-commerce, Wholesale, Customer Service
Key Characteristics
• Fluent in English on a native level, as well as in Swedish. Additional languages are a plus
• Flawless spelling and grammar in both English and Swedish
• Outstanding attention to detail, whether it's meeting a tight deadline, punctuating your copy, or staying true to our brand's tone and style
• Experience in SEO
• Excellent project management skills: You are confident juggling projects across different teams and know how to keep it simple and focused during rapid change. You take full ownership of all your tasks, high and low.
• A sophisticated understanding of our brand voice and aesthetics
• A strong editorial understanding, cultural awareness, and knowledge of general fashion and social media terminology: you are on top of trends in fashion and pop culture, and have the skills to express them. You know what moves the world and how to apply an elevated sensibility to current discourses.
• Impeccable communication skills and an extraordinary team spirit: you're diplomatic, you're candid and, most importantly, you're thoughtful and kind.
Requirements:
• Bilingual Swedish and English
• A degree within English, Journalism, English Literature, Creative Writing, Copywriting, Communications, Cultural Studies, Marketing, or other related fields
• A proven track record or portfolio showcasing previous work in a fashion and lifestyle context
Other:
• The position is based in our office in Stockholm
• You will report to Head of Content Marketing
