We are now looking for a Senior Controller to join us at Saint-Gobain Sekurit Scandinavia AB, located in Eslöv. You will be working with the local controlling team and reporting to our Acting Finance Manager is located in Germany
Description of the role as Senior Controller
The main role of our Senior Controller is to ensure the company's financial health by overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities.
The role includes the following areas of responsibility: :
Support month-end closing activities in accordance with Saint-Gobain Sekurit global Finance office
Prepares, collects and interprets financial information for local management, support preparation of budgets, actual reports and forecasts,
Responsible for standard costings and variance analysis for actual costs,Responsible for monitoring the working capital and keeping Capex, Inventories and Liquidity indicators at optimal level,
Drive standardization & improvement of Key Business Processes focusedon Accounting & Management Reporting,
Preparing management presentations together with Finance Manager,
Responsible for monitoring and reporting cost reduction projects,
Beside the controlling team, your main interactions will be with operational teams in our factory, the Finance team at central level, our accounting shared-service center, and External and Internal auditors
Requirements for the role:
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or Engineering department, Master's degree is an additional asset
Minimum 5 years ofexperience in financial analysis, budget or cost management
Good knowledge of MS Officeapplications, SAP experience is a plus but not a prerequisite
Excellent command of verbal and written Swedish and English
Strong interpersonal communication skills coupled with team working skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving ability, result oriented and business partner mindsetAbility to learn quickly and hands-on attitude
