hela Sverige We're currently growing our business and technology teams within financial crime consulting, across all capabilities to help meet increasing demand and are looking for experienced senior colleagues to join our teams in Denmark, Norway, Finland or Sweden.
The opportunity
Our engagements typically involve managing multiple stakeholders and requires understanding the customer using your knowledge and experience to provide the best solutions to their needs. Building on your current experience you will have a steep learning curve in managing customers, projects, and professional knowledge including the newest technologies. You will experience being part of a young, ambitious, and dynamic environment that allows you to take responsibility, learn, lead and have fun at social events.
Your key responsibilities
Create best practice solutions for our financial crime clients, adapting methods and practices to fit their business needs
Provide input into the implementation of regulatory requirements and support the development of solutions to manage complex financial crime risks and issues
End-to-end planning and management of financial crime engagements
Identify opportunities and manage and grow customer relationships
Mentor staff and conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff

To qualify for the role, you must have
Several years of experience working with financial crime in the financial sector. In EY we define financial crime as either AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud, ABC, tax evasion or market abuse
The ability to communicate complex issues in an easily understandable way both in writing and verbally
A structured and focused way on working and delivering quality
Ideally, you'll also have
A great ability to build relationships with colleagues across the business, supporting them, and promoting a collaborative culture
