Global Consulting Services is Volvo IT' s consulting organization. Our consultants work in the following strategic areas; Project Management, IT Architecture & Technology, Requirement, Usability, SAP, Test and Software Configuration Management and are among the best in their field. They take on challenging global assignments from customers in the Volvo Group and other customers in the automotive sector.
Our role is to secure and offer expertise in our customers' focus areas, increase the quality of deliveries, reduce the reliance on external consultants and contribute to successful projects.
Your profile:
We are looking for skilled Business Intelligence Business Analyst.
You are skilled in Business Analysis methods and tools and have experience of leading requirements management work, as well as supporting the software development through the different phases of IT projects.
You have a holistic view of system development and a clear understanding of how to handle, and verify users and customers? expectations, and translate them into future IT solutions.
Qualifications and skills:
• Documented experience of leading BI related pre-study's
• Experience from BI support.
• Documented experience of leading requirements management work
• High ability to evaluate and interpret relevant data and information.
• Knowledge of tools and methods used within Business analysis and BI.
• Experience from workshop facilitation.
• Experience from project management.
• Preferably you have experience from Agile Software Development and Scrum projects, and you will bring additional value to our customers if you also have worked with Usability
General qualifications and skills:
• Academic qualifications within relevant field
• General knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process
• At least three years of documented experience of IT software development with focus on requirement management
• Experience of consultancy work
• International experience will be considered an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English
• Leadership skills
• Communicative team-player
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
