Titel: Senior Consultant SAP (Talent management, PY,BW, Technical Consultant HCM, Project manager SAP HCM)
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
As a Senior Solution Consultant You will be working in either a primarily functional or technical capacity within our client-facing project teams working on the analysis, design, build, testing and implementation of SAP HCM solutions placed in Helsinki or Stockholm, mainly with our customers in the Nordic Region (Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway).
You will be part of our growing Nordic HR Consulting practice, consisting of 3 teams: HCM and Analytics, Payroll and Time or Technical Consultants. You will apply your knowledge of Human Capital Management business process and/or your technical SAP product knowledge in each of the stages of an SAP implementation project. In addition, Senior Consultants will be expected to coordinate consultant activities within their project work stream and be responsible for liaison with other work streams.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Ideally you are able to demonstrate the following:
A strong understanding of at least one of the following:
• Detailed and proven SAP HCM knowledge in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Personnel Development, Training and Events Management / LSO, Management by Objectives or e-Recruiting
• Strong technical background in interfaces or SAP Portal or Authorizations or SAP ESS/MSS or HCM Processes and Forms
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within either of the above mentioned SAP solution areas
In addition, you will need:
• An understanding of project processes and methodology to support Project Management initiatives and delivery
• Excellent analytical skills coupled with a high attention to detail
• Integrity, drive, energy and passion
• Excellent command of the English language
