We are looking for candidates with previous experience within the power systems sector including transmission or distribution systems, powerlines, substations, microgrids, battery systems or ancillary services and with experience from project management, conceptual design or detailed design.
As our new senior consultant within power systems, you will be part of our team in either Stockholm, Luleå or Gothenburg including project managers and technical experts. You will participate in small to large complex projects where new and conventional technologies in the energy sector is applied.
The position will offer you the opportunity to apply and further develop your project management skills as well as your technical insight, while working on the projects supported by senior project management colleagues and technical experts. Furthermore, you will join appropriate competence team(s) for developing our business and your skills in selected areas for knowledge exchange and sharing of best practice.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
To manage small-scale projects and studies with input from technical experts to the clients' satisfaction.
Together with senior project managers, to manage large and complex international projects, including management of Ramboll's consultancy work and team, design and engineering management, elaboration of tender documents, tender evaluation.
To proactively contribute to the work in our competence teams in selected areas with knowledge sharing, collection of lessons learnt and development of best practices and tools as well as tender documentation.
To increase your technical knowledge and insight through projects as well as participation in relevant technical/commercial competence teams activities.

At Ramboll, we support you in your personal and professional development right from the start. In order to get started with us, you should meet the following requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering (energy, energy systems, electrical engineering)
Min 5 years of professional working experience from the energy sector, both with engineering and/or project management tasks.
Excellent spoken and written English. Good Swedish language skills would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
Interested in travelling to meetings and projects in Sweden and abroad.
