Your role:
As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in defining the problem, propose and refining the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued but at the same time you will be given authority of your own task as you would be working independently on it along with adhering/conducting/participating in the standard agile process. At Infosys, as we work together as a team, your support after office hours might be required sometime and you should be willing to provide that for completion of required tasks.
Required:
• Engineering degree / Degree in IT/Computer Applications
• Very Good knowledge in Software Development
• Extensive knowledge in Agile methodologies and Management tools like QC and JIRA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Work exposure in Agile projects. Good understanding of Agile ceremonies including tools like JIRA
• Strong Communication Skills and capability to deal with business & Global counterparts independently
• Attitude to learn new technologies and working on new projects
• Flexible to handle adhoc requests / agile projects
Preferred:
Experience in IT experience with min 2 years in Appian.
