We are looking for a SENIOR COMPLIANCE COUNSEL to work with our expert LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE team.
The Senior Compliance Counsel will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and will have the following primary responsibilities
What you'll do
Compliance with Laws & Regulations: Interpreting and advising on laws, regulations and company policies relevant to Cytiva's Compliance Program (including in relation to Anti Bribery & Corruption, Working with 3rd parties, Working with Governments and Competition Law), and implementing and improving policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Risk Assessment: Be aware of and monitor the regulatory environment for emerging compliance risks and trends that could impact Cytiva's business and operations. Participate in compliance risk assessments to help identify potential compliance gaps and improvement opportunities that align to external trends and internal business priorities. Make recommendations to prevent, detect and respond to compliance risks.
Compliance Investigation Management: Ensuring that compliance investigations are conducted thoroughly and promptly. Responsibility for reviewing associate open reporting concerns, assigning an investigator (including conducting investigations oneself where needed), ensuring the concern is investigated promptly and reviewing the conclusions and recommended corrective actions. Maintaining robust documentation of all compliance investigations and tracking completion of corrective actions.
Program Oversight: Oversee the compliance program framework and help drive continuous improvement: Responsible for developing and implementing effective compliance policies, communications and training. Adopting Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to focus on problem solving, developing action plans, and tracking progress using visual daily management etc.
Compliance Culture: Leading by example through collaboration with colleagues across Cytiva, other Danaher OpCos and Danaher Corporate to maintain and enhance a robust Compliance Culture.

Who you are
This position requires a Law / Juris Doctor degree (or local country equivalent), admittance to local legal body (e.g., state bar or country bar) and a minimum of 7 years' experience in a Law firm or a Company Legal Department and at least 2 years in a Compliance role (or extensive compliance experience gained in a Legal role).
Strong project management and prioritization skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities with proven ability to drive operational excellence
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment with little supervision
Ability to influence others (at all levels of the organisation) and bring them to desired outcome
Adaptable, open to other's ideas and works collaboratively across functions, global mindset
