Well, this might be the job for you. We're looking for a Senior Communications Manager to join our team of storytellers, bringing to life what the H&M Group stands for.

What you will do
As a Senior Communications Manager you will lead the external communications positioning and employer branding activities for the H&M groups function Business Tech, by contributing to the development of our digitalisation communications strategy and execute on the communications plan, based on the business needs. We believe you to be well versed in creating communications content suitable to different audiences, and channels including reports, supporting media releases, speaking opportunities at key trade events and other external communication initiatives. You will also be responsible for planning for internal communications activities for dedicated teams.
You are a strong writer, critical thinker and an excellent communicator. You have experience from working in large matrix companies and large-scale change initiatives, with proven project management skills.
You will be leading a team of Communication Specialists and Content Editors and together you will play an important role in developing the Business Tech Communications function, by delivering a variety of communication activities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will manage a diverse portfolio of communication activities globally for the newest and fastest growing function within the H&M group, Business Tech, that's accelerating the digitalisation for the entire company.

Excellent communicator with 15 years' relevant experience
Direct experience from working in retail, tech or media communications is beneficial
Experience from delivering extensive change communications in a matrix organization on a global scale
You can combine strategic long-term thinking with the ability to lead, influence and inspire others.
Strong writer, strategic thinker, and inventive problem-solver with proven experience in advising senior leadership.
Experience in both reactive and proactive as well as crisis communications
Ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries
Collaborating with the communications community both on a group level and across the company.
Understanding of society changes and how they affect the company
Excellent English in both speaking and writing
Last but not least - an enthusiastic representative of the H&M Group family of brands
