The mission of Communications & Public Relations function is to enhance the employee engagement as well as increasing the awareness of the company and building the desired image of CEVT.
Within the Communication & Public Relations function, we work with strategical, tactical, and operational plans next to hands on creative work. Everything with the purpose to contributing to the overall experience of CEVT.

As our Senior Communication Business Partner, your main mission is to be strategic and tactical communication support to Functional Managers/management teams of CEVT. In close cooperation, you will define and enable communication needs and goals as well as produce inspiring and engaging communication. With a set and agreed brief with the stakeholders, you will deliver to make business impact. In the everyday work you will work with internal and/or external resources to deliver to the defined communication within budgets and timelines.
For our internal communication, we work with a wide range activities and channels to reach and interact with our employees. From web, social media to digital and IRL meetings and events.
You will also lead different communication projects to improve and develop the work of the communication & public relation function.
You will report to the Head of Communications & Public Relations.
Qualifications
• To be successful in this role you need to have a business mindset, a solution-oriented attitude and enjoy fast and dynamic work environment.
• We want you to have extensive knowledge and understanding of working with business and communication planning and execution, and an understanding of how communication supports and increases the impact of a business agenda, always keeping employees informed, engaged and empowered.
• You are motivated by having a holistic view yet an eye for details.
• You appreciate the mix of tactical thinking and turning communication theory into practice.
• Motivated to live and share the CEVT culture and values.
Competence
• Bachelor in PR & Communications or similar
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Chinese language an advantage
• Skilled in writing - an eye for capturing the core message
• Competence in in photography & design, video filming and editing
• Knowledgeable in event planning and content plan & production
• Experienced user of of Adobe tools, Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator etc.
• Knowledgeable in technology for communication platforms
