In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The commissioning work is carried out in a methodical, adopted way and the documentation is prepared allowing a continuous survey of the situation.
The commissioning work is implemented with a minimum of interference of the running production.
Recruit and train a seasoned maintenance team dedicated to commissioning new lines.
Coordination with the project, operation, and maintenance organizations of the plant.
Organize, plan, supervise and coordinate the commissioning work.
Consult the installation team regarding the sequence of the installation work to enable commissioning.
Ensure that sufficient documentation is prepared for the commissioning work.
Secure that the commissioning work is documented in a proper manner.
Ensure that the supplier's commissioning work satisfies the stipulated requirements.
Continuously inform the area Manager and other stakeholders about the progress of the commissioning work and immediately report any deviations.
Make sure that the security regulations are observed during the checkout work
Requirements
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven 10 years' experience in Maintenance Management or in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and advanced production planning strategies.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior leadership.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operations.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing
Specific skills
Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus.
