Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the collection & processing of climate data from companies, from within team or by managing external resources to ensure smooth running of services and products for ISS Climate.
Ensure smooth operation of ISS Climate database, in close coordination with development team.
Provide technical know-how and due diligence capacity to fellow team members for upcoming and planned enhancements to ISS Climate database.
Work in close collaboration with development / IT teams at ISS to ensure speedy data updates, smooth planning of any data / service enhancements and quick troubleshooting for Climate data feeds and Climate Impact Reporting.
Extensively support sales team in EMEA and North America by joining client calls as required.
Support Client Success team in matters requiring expert inputs related to ISS Climate's products and services.
Represent ISS Climate at internal inter-disciplinary meetings for planning and execution of joint products and services.
Travel to other ISS office locations for internal meetings or client meetings when required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Planning, coordination and management of projects and mandates related to climate impact assessments of investments
Design of project work plans, schedules and budgets
Lead international teams composed of internal and external experts and organisations.
Liaison with clients and other teams on a project to project basis.
Supporting the acquisition of new mandates through the preparation and submission of proposals.
Development of concept and methodologies for new corporate consulting opportunities
Delivering high-quality consultancy reports in English
Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Excel including Macros and Visual Basic programming to automate excel outputs.
Ability to put together data outputs using excel exports via SQL queries from MSSQL databases.
Demonstrable work experience in the domain of carbon foot printing, carbon accounting, Carbon Credit methodologies is a plus.
Past experience on JIRA, Salesforce and SharePoint systems for seamless functioning of work processes and Tools.
