Volvo Group is on an exciting transformation journey and the magnitude of the change is huge. Consulting & Change Management (C&CM) will contribute to this journey by providing Business Consultants and Change Managers with strong Consultant profile and a unique combination of Change Management skills and Business Domain knowledge.
We own and drive forward the Business Change Management area within Digital & IT and work closely with our Stakeholders to secure a successful result focusing on Business- and People side of Change.
We are a group of skilled consultants located in France and Sweden. Together we nurture a culture where we support and help each other grow. We deliver in both international and local context as our assignments are all over the Volvo Group.
C&CM is part of Digital Delivery, which is a new function within Group Digital & IT. The ambition of the function is to identify and execute on new digital initiatives in tight collaboration with Truck Divisions, Business Areas and Group Functions, as well as modernize and transform our existing solutions into products.
Together with our Digital talents, we will work on improving Business performance and create value at scale for Volvo Group.
This is how you could make an impact
You will play an important role in the Volvo Group Digital Transformation journey. With your Senior Business- or Senior Change Management skills you will be able to handle upcoming challenges. We expect you to be able to analyze and develop different scenarios on how to address these challenges and you will actively drive a shift in mindset among stakeholders, to safeguard a successful and sustainable result.
Who are you?
We believe you are ready to be a key player in our digital transformation, while working with amazing people around the Volvo Group. You have a university degree or equivalent and several years of experience in your role with a solid track record.
In addition, you have a passion for driving change in large complex organizations. You are a team player with personal drive and focus on continuous learning and making a difference. Preferably you have a good knowledge of the Volvo Group organization and ways of working.
