We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

Safety, Health & Environment is Scania's organization with a focus on expert support in the field of SHE on corporate, global, and local levels. The head office is located in Södertälje but the organization is represented at the production sites in Oskarshamn, Luleå, and Zwolle in the Netherlands and Angers in France.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Change Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting change initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with senior leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of change programs, minimize resistance, and maximize adoption. Your expertise in change management methodologies, communication, and stakeholder engagement will be instrumental in achieving our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new initiatives, technologies, and processes.
• Assess the impact of change and identify potential risks and resistance points.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Create and deliver effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement activities to build support and manage resistance.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders to help them navigate and communicate change effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance change management capabilities across the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in change management, preferably in a large-scale organizational setting.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
