At Sandvik Treasury, there are 21 people working together at the head office in Stockholm. Cash Flow Management, which is part of Sandvik Treasury, is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining polices and processes within their area of responsibility. To strengthen our highly skilled team, we are now looking for a Senior Cash Manager who would like to take on a challenge in an ever-changing setting.
Job Summary
As Senior Cash Manager, you are responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining our strategy and the processes we use. You lead and participate in local and global projects where you ensure compliance with our policies and strategies and continually support the business areas when issues arise. Furthermore, you are accountable for updating policies and instructions and monitor bank charges and other financial banking expenses, balances and account management. Your key stakeholders are banks, subsidiaries and suppliers, as well as Treasury and other corporate functions. It is of great importance that you balance your efforts with these stakeholders and still maintain focus on the direction and priorities of the many issues we deal with simultaneously. In this position, you are part of a solid team that is keen on helping each other out whenever needed.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with five to ten years’ experience of qualified cash management work in an international environment who probably is working within the Treasury department of an international corporation with headquarters in Sweden, or in a bank or consulting firm. You have experience in procuring and implementing liquidity solutions in and outside of Sweden, are experienced when it comes to project and process work and are captivated by details. You are well versed in the various ERP and treasury systems and have good knowledge of the banks' EB systems as well as of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. As we operate in a global setting, you must communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, in addition to communicating well in Swedish.
We recognize and value your personality, as well as your great drive and passion for cash management matters of all kinds. To be successful in this role, you must be well prepared for acting in an ever changing environment and you have no problem adjusting your daily plan to better suit business needs. Also, you appreciate the interaction between Treasury and the subsidiaries and, as you are perceptive, you easily capture and understand the company's situation and then propose and implement the best possible solution for Sandvik Group.
