About the role:
As a game programmer, you will work together with our designers to design and implement elements of scripted and emergent world content and activities. You will develop and maintain the tools and systems necessary for the designers to create quests, build complex game-play mechanics and tweak and balance the game. This position will also include teaching and mentoring of more junior team members.

Qualifications:
BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience of game development
Extensive knowledge of C++ a requirement
Excellent math skills
Experience with AI, physics, animation and game-play code a plus
Experience of concurrency as well as memory- and performance- optimization
Self-driven with a strong sense of quality
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Experience of MMO development
