WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?
As a senior buyer and segment leader, you will develop and implement the sourcing strategy in close collaboration with the global buyer network and cross-functional colleagues. To do so, you will:
Lead the cross-functional supplier development and supplier management processes, including governance, constantly improving all aspects of supplier performance
Led and supported cross-functional teams to develop and implement segment strategy in a global matrix organization
Collaborating and coordinating with your stakeholders in and across the group
Leading the creation and implementation of the Segment Business Plan for your scope
Supporting our stakeholders in sourcing and contracting of services and products, including challenging demand when relevant to question status quo
Constantly seeking opportunities to simplify processes, create value and work in a more efficient way
Handling both contractual and commercial negotiations
Identify, mitigate and monitor risks in your segment


The job is either in France (Lyon) or Sweden (Gothenburg).

WHO ARE YOU?
We believe that you are an experienced buyer (> 5 years) with a business-oriented mindset and a financial and technical understanding. You enjoy the challenge of contacting experienced and skilled suppliers and possess good communication and networking skills. In addition to this, you enjoy driving your work and taking initiative with a team-player attitude. You are recognized for your agility in adapting and reacting to a complex environment.
