Aurobay is looking for a Senior Buyer for Digital Technologies. You will be a part of our fantastic Indirect Procurement team located in Sweden and China. We are looking for a person, who is commercial and result driven!
What's in it for you?
Indirect Procurement (IDP) is responsible for procurement of all non-production materials and services. You will be part of the Digital Technologies category team where you will be empowered and responsible for your deliveries and deadlines. Furthermore, you will be encouraged to take on responsibilities outside of your main areas of responsibility to broaden your personal and professional skills and advance your development. This position is open for both experienced and less experienced applicants.
Area of responsibility
• I negotiate commercial and legal agreements
• I work together with my internal stakeholders and suppliers to create and deliver excellent quality to the best possible value
• I partner with internal Stakeholders and Suppliers to drive best-in-class levels of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
• I Perform and Lead commercial negotiation and secure that the purchasing milestones are met according to project plan
• I drive internal stakeholders and suppliers to optimize the business by identifying and implementing commercial, technical and supply chain cost saving opportunities
• I perform benchmark studies, supplier evaluations and lead sourcing projects
• I create and deliver according to agreed strategies to meet the company 's needs for future technologies and concepts
• I continuously keep all relevant systems updated to enable real time data transparency
• I take full responsibility for my business and co-operate with team to achieve a balanced workload and delivery
• I create and nurture commercial relations with Suppliers and internal Stakeholders
You And Your Skills

You can handle parallel projects and see the whole picture of a business case and are a strong team player who are honest and actively work with self-development. A strong business acumen combined with high integrity and can prioritize your own work and always delivery on time. Furthermore, you have a flexible mindset and can quickly adapt to the constantly changing market conditions.
You have a B.Sc. (or higher) in Economics or Technical discipline from a university or equivalent institution. You are fluent in English, written and spoken. Previous Procurement experience from the Digital area (hardware, software, service & cloud) is an advantage.
